KCC reserves the right to alter pricing to include any price rises or increased charter costs after this time.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Acceptance of the quote is subject to written (email) confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed and final once deposit is paid in full.
Bookings
A 30% deposit of camp component payable within 7 days, non-refundable or transferable.
The total remaining balance (Final Balance) is payable 61 days prior to arrival.
Deposit invoice & Final Balance invoice will be sent separately.
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance at time of booking & deposit payment.
Payments not received by the due date may be treated as package stay cancelled and dates may be released at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit non-refundable or transferable.
60 to 31 days prior to arrival – no refund of total camp component.
30 days prior arrival – no refund of all monies.
Cancellation must be advised in writing.
Tours & Special offers – Set date package stay
Alcohol is included.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
If your travel is affected by border restriction or lockdown 30 days or less prior to arrival date, you will be eligible for a credit voucher for the full package value of your booking.
If your travel is affected by a positive CV result or isolation 08 days or less prior to arrival date, you will be eligible for a credit voucher for the full package value of your booking less an admin fee of $350 and any charter cancellation fees or charges incurred.
You will have 24 months to use your credit voucher from date of issue.
Please note any additional or unforeseen fees & charges or rate increases will be applicable.
Credit is not redeemable for cash.
Valid for bookings made from 01 July 2021 to 31 Dec 2022.
Cancellation By Us
Events outside our control: If a tour or booking cannot proceed due to flood, earthquake, war or civil strife, acts of terrorism, hurricane, cyclone, industrial disturbance, strike, fire, lock out, epidemic, pandemic, failure or delays of scheduled transportation facilities, or other acts of god, or any law, order, decree, rule or regulation of any government authority, or for any reason whether of a similar or dissimilar nature beyond the control of Kimberley Coastal Camp (Force Majeure), our contract with you will terminate and there will be no claim for damages by either party against the other, provided that we will refund you any payments made by you that we have not expended (or legally committed to expend) minus an administrative fee of $350 per person. If we provide you with any alternative services or assistance where a tour or booking is cancelled because of Force Majeure, then you agree the amount to be refunded to you will be reduced by the value of these services and assistance.
Operational reasons: We may cancel a tour for reasons beyond Force Majeure at any time up to 4 weeks before the commencement of your scheduled travel arrangements. If we cancel a tour for operational reasons, we will endeavour to offer you alternative arrangements (and if the alternative arrangements are of lower value and you accept them, then we will refund you the difference). If we do not offer you any alternative arrangements, then we will refund you all amounts paid at the time of cancellation.
Amendment Fee/ Change of Date Fee
Amendment Fee:
- $350 per person for any charter transfer amendments, subject to availability
- Any additional rate increases, aircraft upgrades or fees & charges as a direct result of the amendment shall be at the cost of the client
Change of Date Fee:
- $350 per person for change of accommodation dates 61+ days prior to arrival.
- $1350 per person for a change of accommodation dates less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Plus any additional rate increases, other fees & charges incurred.
- Dates subject to availability.
- This fee is payable in full prior to any future dates booked.

Insurance
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel, medical and cancellation insurance. Unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your booking, cancel at the last minute, or even leave the camp earlier than expected. In the unfortunate case that a medical evacuation is required for an emergency or ill health, it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure you have insurance to cover such an eventuality.
Liability
Although all precautions are taken, Kimberley Coastal Camp will accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, or expenses incurred as a result of any delay, cancellation or alteration of any service due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any medical emergency costs i.e. RFDS will be payable by the client.
You must be fully aware that KIMBERLEY COASTAL CAMP is a remote area and does not offer the normal safety and protection which is found in cities or country towns. Despite our best efforts to keep you safe, there are certain risks and responsibilities that you need to accept.
Transfers & Payload
Transfers are based on an average weight of 100kg/person including luggage. This is the kg/person used when quoted. If you or group are larger than this please confirm this with us at time of enquiry or when quoted.
Luggage is limited to a maximum of 10kg per person and must be a soft bag. This is for a requirement of the charter companies.
Any aircraft upgrades or additional flying required as a direct result of passenger weights or luggage exceeding the above recommendations shall be at the cost of the passengers.
Transfers Amendment Fee is $350 flat rate for any transfers date or time changes. Plus any additional rate increases, other fees & charges incurred, subject to availability.
Please note all quotes are made with current charter rates, any increases or changes by your travel date may result in an increase in transfer costs. We always offer the most cost effective transfer costs at time of quote. Final payload for all aircraft is at the discretion of the charter company and their policies & procedures. We reserve the right to use the excess payload on all charters bookings in any way we see fit.
Commercial Flights
Allow 2-3 hours’ minimum between incoming charter flights and commercial connections.
Please discuss commercial flight times with us prior to booking as we can offer several options with connecting charter flights.
Kimberley Coastal Camp will accept no responsibility for fare types booked or missed commercial flights due to cancellation or alteration of any service due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. weather conditions or charter flight company time changes or delays.
Guest Details
Our bungalows sleep 2 adults and our nightly rate is for twin share. Where ever possible it will be a pleasure to upgrade singles to a king room, however to guarantee an individual king room there is a single supp surcharge of $1360pp/night. Please let us know if this is something you are interested in.
You must disclose any pre-existing medical or other condition that may affect the risk that either the client or any other person will suffer injury, loss or damage.
You acknowledge that we rely on the information provided by and you state that all such information is accurate and complete.
You understand and acknowledge the dangers associated with the consumption of alcohol or any mind altering substance before or during the described activity, and you accept full responsibility for injury, loss or damage associated with the consumption of alcohol or any other mind altering substance.
Please note arrival times are approximate due to the logistics and location of the resort.
Fitness
Kimberley Coastal Camp operates in remote and rugged locations. Some activities will require a reasonable degree of fitness in order to participate.
Children
Children are aged 2-12 years old. 13+ years old are charged at full rate.
We are sure you understand that KCC is a great place for kids, but due to the fact that it is very remote it is paramount for children to be supervised at all times. We ask that you undertake to be responsible for your child’s safety and whereabouts 24 hours a day.
We don’t supply cots, but our rooms can be configured to take an extra bed so children can share the Bungalow with their parents.
Children between 0-12 years of age, will need to supply (bring) their own life vests that fit them or we won’t be able to have them on boats. We have several life vests to fit 8 to 12 yr old’s only. Please discuss this with us further.
Children between 0-6 years of age must be at arms reach of an accompanying adult at all times within the pool facilities.
Children between 7-12 years of age must be in direct supervision in the pool by an accompanying adult at all times with in the pool facilities.
What to Bring Guidelines
Your baggage is strictly limited to a maximum of 10kg per person. If your bag is overweight, you may be asked to unpack and leave items behind.
Please pack in a soft bag. It will fit into small aircraft luggage compartments more easily.
Light casual clothing – (e.g. shorts and shirts – cotton is best). A light cardi for cool nights June to August. Light long pants are good for bushwalking. Leave the tux and tiara behind.
Hat and sunglasses.
Walking boots or runners.
Thongs or sandals for around the camp.
Small hand torch
KCC supply bath & pool towels, sunscreen, Leif shampoo, conditioner & body wash, hairdryer, insect repellents. Although we don’t have a big problem with sand flies, midges or mosquitos, if you do have issues with insect bites, we suggest seeing your doctor prior to coming to the camp. Doctors can prescribe certain medication that will assist in reducing the issues associated with possible reactions.

Phone, Internet & the News
As you are aware KCC is designed to be a retreat from the bustle of contemporary life. No internet, no TV, no mobile phone reception, no stress – you stay at KCC for a different kind of connection.
We do not have mobile or Wi-Fi internet reception at the camp. You may bring your own satellite phone if you would like to be in constant contact.
We do not receive daily newspapers. Our daily news is delivered via bird call and wildlife sightings. Once you arrive we promise the feeling of being unplugged and not in constant contact with the outside world will be surreal yet a fantastic feeling!
